How It Works:

Try Our Products Risk-Free: Use any O2 Tropical Magic product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We encourage you to follow the recommended usage instructions to experience the full benefits of our premium skincare products.

Not Satisfied? Let Us Know: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of why you are unsatisfied.

Easy Returns Process:

1. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
2. Ship It Back: Return the unused portion of the product(s) in its original packaging, along with the return authorization number, to the address provided by our customer service team, to be received by our company within 14 days of issuance of the return authorization number.
3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, if received within 14 days of issuance of your return authorization number, we will process your request. You can choose to receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs; including shipping costs on purchases that qualified for free shipping) or exchange the product for another item of equal value.

Important Details:

Eligibility: The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to first-time purchases of any O2 Tropical Magic product. Subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for the guarantee. The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not applicable to Network Affiliate Program Set Up Fees.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or exchange once we have received the returned product.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately for a replacement.
